    学术成果简介

    南方医科大学基础医学院病理学系/南方医院病理科主任,广东省分子肿瘤病理实验室主任、国家二级教授/博士研究生导师,享受国务院政府津贴。国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员、国家级教学名师,国家优秀博士生论文指导教师。中国医师协会病理科医师分会会长、中华医学会病理学分会副主任委员、中国抗癌协会肿瘤转移专业委员会副主任委员、《诊断病理学杂志》副总编辑。《中华病理学杂志》、《中国肺癌杂志》、《中国肿瘤生物治疗杂志》、《南方医科大学学报》等杂志常务编委及编委。

    长期从事结直肠癌转移分子机制研究, 主持及完成国家基金重点及面上项目、国家“863”课题、“973”分题、中德合作及省部级研究课题42项,发表SCI收录论文103篇(包括N Eng J Med 、Gastroenterology、Gut、Cell Res、Clin Cancer Res、J Pathol、Oncogene、J Proteomics Res等杂志)获广东省丁颖科技奖及国家级、省部级及中华医学会科技进步奖一、二等奖共9项。培养和招收博士后、博士及硕士研究生150余名(1人获国家杰出青年基金,2人获珠江学者,3人获国家优秀博士论文奖, 4人获广东省优秀博士论文奖

    在结直肠癌转移机制研究方面形成了一定的特色和优势,成功地复制了化学药物诱导结直肠肠癌模型,建立了结直肠癌裸鼠皮下移植模型,肝转移模型,结直肠癌人羊膜基膜-血管内皮侵袭模型,定量化血管浸润模型,高浸润球体模型等系列新型模型,并较好地解决了肿瘤侵袭力的定量检测问题,采用微量培养连续选择分离技术,建立了国内首株人结直肠癌高浸润及高转移亚系,建立了原位RT-PCR间接法检测CD44V6mRNA病理学新技术,首次应用激光共焦三维重组分析技术,揭示了CD44V6与结直肠癌细胞骨架的关系,发现CD44V6主要通过改变结直肠癌细胞Actin构型和分布影响结直肠癌转移潜能,发现人结直肠癌细胞与人多器官的血管内皮细胞具有特异性粘附作用。阐明了癌细胞表面氨基多糖、CD44V6、P21、C-erbB-2可能是癌转移的分子标志物,较系统地揭示了结直肠癌血管侵袭与转移的形态学模式。利用cDNA微阵列技术已制备出结直肠癌转移相关基因芯片,较早开展肿瘤转移和肿瘤转移血清蛋白质组学研究,利用基因芯片及蛋白质组学技术筛选出结直肠癌转移相关候选基因29个,转移相关蛋白质16个,在癌基因的检测、扩增、克隆、测序、分子杂交、引物合成、肿瘤转移和肿瘤转移血清蛋白质组学研究等方面积累了丰富的经验。为肿瘤转移机制研究提供了丰富的研究资料。研究成果分别发表在J Pathol、NeoplasiaJ Proteomics Research Int J Cancer、Modern  Pathol、Gut、Clin Cancer Res、Cell Res等杂志,在结直肠癌转移机制研究方面获国家及省部级科技进步二等奖共3项(署名均为第一、二)。

    SARS研究方面,主持完成国际前三例SARS尸解,提出SARS病理变化及SARS病毒在体内分布的全新概念,研究成果分别发表在国际著名杂志J Pathol(2003;200(3):282-289.IF=4.933;2004;203(2):622-630. IF=5.333;2006;210(3):288-297,IF=5.983均为封面文章), N Eng J Med(IF=38.57),分别被 SCI收录及SCI论文引用200余次,为SARS的防治作出了积极贡献,有较高的国际学术影响和良好的社会效益。SARS研究获广东省科技进步特等奖(病原组署名第一)、军队科技进步二等奖各1项(署名第一)及中华医学科技进步奖一等奖1项(署名第二)。
