学术成果简介

罗晓光教授长期致力帕金森病的临床及基础研究工作，十余年出诊帕金森病专病门诊，在帕金森病的临床诊治方面经验丰富，对于帕金森病痴呆、抑郁、步态障碍、睡眠等顽固症状理解深刻。同时开展帕金森的DBS手术治疗，熟练应用DBS术前评估、电生理、术后程控技术。在进行帕金森临床诊治同时进行帕金森相关领域的基础科研工作，在帕金森病发病机制与神经免疫炎症、外周免疫炎症、帕金森病动物模型等领域有长期研究。主持国家自然基金面上项目3项，获得省科技进步二等奖一项，在帕金森临床与基础研究领域第一或通讯作者发表SCI文章20余篇，担任《Translational Neurodegeneration》(2019 IF 5.5)编委。
在帕金森发病机制的基础研究中，侧重于中枢炎症、外周炎症及二者之间的关系对于脑内黑质多巴胺神经元存活的影响，提出外周炎症的恶化和失控是脑内神经炎症发生的重要推动因素，对于外周炎症的干预有可能减弱脑内炎症的进程，从而减缓帕金森脑内的病理恶化。该研究仍在深入进行中。
