学术成果简介

1961年毕业于上海第一医学院医疗系，复旦大学上海医学院、华山医院外科学教授、博士生导师，1994年入选为中国工程院院士。现任国务院学位委员会委员，卫生部手功能重点实验室主任，上海市手外科研究所所长，复旦大学华山医院手外科主任，中华医学会手外科学会名誉主任委员，《中华手外科杂志》总编辑，《中华创伤外科杂志》（英文版）副总编辑，《中华骨科杂志》、《中华显微外科杂志》顾问。

　　从事手外科与显微外科工作50余年。1966年参与世界第一例足趾游离移植术的工作。后发现足趾移植术中血管变异的规律，设计了“第二套供血系统“的新方法，并用于指导临床工作，明显提高成活率。参加世界第三例国内第一例游离下腹部皮瓣的手术并首创小腿外侧皮瓣、游离动脉化静脉皮瓣、趾蹼皮瓣等，提出皮瓣设计的点、线、面概念。在臂丛神经与周围神经损伤的诊治方面有6项成果为国际首创，使我国在臂丛疾病的诊治方面处于国际领先地位。

自1978年起，在国内外学术期刊上发表论文400余篇，出版《臂丛神经损伤与疾病的诊治》、《手的修复与再造》、《四肢的显微外科修复》等专著，主编《手外科学》、《手外科手术学》等著作8部。1985年起获各项重大成果奖20余项，其中国家级奖项7项，部、市级奖18项。1986年获“国家级有突出贡献的中青年科学技术专家”称号；1989年和1995年两次被授予“全国先进工作者”称号；1989年被评为“上海市科技精英”；1992年被评为“上海市先进标兵”；1994年被评为“上海市科技精英”；1995年被评为“全国教育系统劳动模范”；1996年获“白求恩奖章”；1997年被授予“全国优秀科技工作者”称号；1999年获“全国五一劳动奖章”；2009年获“上海市教委系统道德标兵”及“全国卫生系统医德标兵提名”。2013年主持项目“臂丛损伤后手功能重建的新方法研究及应用”获得国家科学技术进步二等奖、上海市科学技术二等奖。
